I been preparing 2 young teenage boys for an entrance exam into a British school in Bahrain in English and maths...this has been taking up a huge chunks of hours from my day. I havent taught maths, or even done anything mathematical for years! so it has been really fun and interesting to see all the old simple stuff, but also to see how their minds work. We did some geometry today, cutting up shapes and stuff and stuff. We were great! !
Things I have learned today:
- never forget what you have learned, but more importantly, never forget HOW you learned it.
- no 2 minds are the same.
